1. Objectives and Importance of School Sports

3. Tiered Administrative Committees for Smooth Execution

To guarantee seamless organization and transparent management, structured committees have been officially notified at the tehsil, district, divisional, and provincial levels:

• Tehsil Level Committee: Headed by the Deputy DEO (SE/EE) concerned as Convener, alongside the Principal or Headmaster concerned serving as Secretary.

• District Level Committee: Supervised by the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) concerned as Convener, with the District Education Officer (SE/EE) concerned acting as Secretary.

• Divisional Level Committee: Managed by the Divisional Director (SE/EE) as Convener and the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) concerned as Secretary.

• Provincial Level Committee: Commanded by the Director Public Instruction (SE/EE) Punjab as Convener, the Divisional Director (SE/EE) Lahore as Secretary, and the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) concerned as a Member.

Note: Conveners of these committees are authorized to coordinate with District Sports Officers and Tehsil Sports Officers to facilitate the events effectively.

4. Scheduling, Syncing, and Reporting Protocols

All designated committees are instructed to release a structured sports calendar commencing from the end of September 2026. To maintain operational harmony, activity calendars at every tier must be completely synchronized so that competitions transition smoothly from tehsil and district stages up to divisional and provincial levels. All public schools across every district are required to ensure maximum student participation for both boys and girls with high enthusiasm.
